Skipped an appointment? You may say you feel fine or feel that you don’t necessarily need that appointment or need them at that frequency. It’s great that you feel great. However, the course of care, and regular top up sessions are like a savings bank. Each session builds on the one before, and your body builds us reserves over time. It helps prevent flare ups over time. Skipping, delaying or waiting till the body hurts, is not the most efficient or cost effective way of using chiropractic, osteopathy, or massage. Keep those tanks topped up!
