LOW BACK EXERCISES 3
Last exercise for today is one of the simplest but best ways to strengthen some of the main stabilising muscles of the low back. A strong and stable low back means far less likelihood of developing low back pain in the first place. Having said that, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t help if you’re already experiencing some discomfort.
