When we start clients on their care plan, there are often good days and not so good days. Sometimes it’s easy to forget that you had a problem when you have had a day or two of feeling good. Clients are then prone to over-doing it, doing the spring clean, and other things that they have left due to an ache or pain. This often causes a set back early on in the course of care. We say to all our clients, enjoy the pain free and flexible days (and be careful). On the not so good days, to not worry, the good days are often just round the corner.
